Supply Chain Manager - Asap!

A growing start-up manufacturing company is looking to hire a Supply Chain Manager to start their department.
This role offers a lot of autonomy and flexibility to create a supply chain department, know how to build a success supply chain architecture and understanding start up environment. Looking for someone with a problem-solver mind, willing to set up systems and hands on; no role beneath them. The right candidate will be a stakeholder in the business and be a part of the success.
QUALIFIED CANDIDATES MUST HAVE:

• Able to create a successful supply chain department
• Hand on; manage inventory systems, building materials, order tracking and inventory tracking
• Over four years of supply chain management experience
• Vendor management
• Degree preferred
• Manage and carry out day to day of the supply chain department
• Manage safety guidelines and legal standards
• Very personable, able to work with cross functional departments, think outside the box
• Implement cost effective solutions for supply chain process
• Experience with aerospace, hardware, or defense
• Able to hire and retain employees for growth

This role is fully in office Mon - Friday.
