Supply Chain Analyst - Remote | Wfh

Responsibilities
Supply Management:
Take charge of managing inventory levels of SKU/DC, ensuring they are within established targets to avoid stock-outs and overstock situations. This includes efficiently handling product transitions, such as promotional packaging, new items, and phase-out items.
Enter replenishment orders accurately and in a timely manner via SAP, ensuring smooth operations for our valued customers.
Oversee the stock transfer process between customer ship-to locations, guaranteeing seamless flow and availability of products.
Continuously monitor and adjust min/max inventory levels to meet our days on hand target, keeping our supply chain efficient and optimized.
Collaborate with Supply Planning colleagues to coordinate inbound shipments to our 3PL provider and support the deployment strategy for RBNA inventory.
Work closely with the Demand Planning and Supply Planning teams to successfully manage product transitions, whether it's end-of-life items or new product introductions for our VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) customers.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of our supply chain operations.
Customer Service
Maintain open lines of communication with customers regarding product stocking levels and seasonal fluctuations to ensure we prevent stock-outs or risks of expired products.
Conduct regular customer reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver weekly/monthly customer reports, providing valuable insights on inventory levels and purchase order status.
Logistics/Transportation Planning
Optimize transportation costs by creating replenishment orders in full truckload quantities, maximizing truckload utilization and efficiency.
Streamline case pick/cross-dock operations to enhance overall efficiency and productivity.
Strike the perfect balance between supply chain and logistics targets through strategic inventory deployment.
Provide support to project teams in increasing port-direct shipments, ensuring smooth and cost-effective logistics operations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field with an emphasis on statistical analysis or engineering is preferred.
Work Schedule
Full-Time, 1st Shift (Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
