Responsibilities
Under direct supervision, process and maintain eligibility information for routine individual and/or employer groups.
Maintain precise eligibility records for the assigned line of business, ensuring data integrity.
Perform daily system eligibility data entry, including new enrollees, updates, and cancellations.
Conduct periodic audits of group eligibility data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Reconcile group eligibility reports with monthly statements for verification.
Provide exceptional assistance by promptly addressing written and telephone eligibility inquiries from individuals and assigned employer groups.
Conduct thorough research on subscribers to effectively resolve problems and disputes.
Skills
Preferred background in healthcare, demonstrating an understanding of industry-specific processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, enabling effective data management and report generation.
Strong data entry skills, evidenced by a typing test performance of 35 WPM or higher.
Possess a High School Diploma or higher completed education.
Successful completion of a Criminal Background Screen and Employment Verification.
