Based out of Radnor, PA. CRA has been serving as advisors to senior leaders in Fortune 100 companies since 1986. For over three decades, we have built long-term relationships with hundreds of clients and grown our own network of high-aptitude coaches worldwide. In addition to our consulting services, we recently introduced our proprietary platform, Admired Leadership® Digital. Our powerful learning platform is where one can learn the Behaviors of leaders who have produced exceptional results and incredible followership. This proprietary platform reveals the habits, routines, and behaviors that we have studied for the last 30 years—more than 12,000 leaders uncovering the foundational routines and behaviors of leadership excellence.

Given the growing demand for our consulting services, we are seeking an Executive Coach on a full-time basis (Salaried plus access to our revenue-sharing program). This is an exciting opportunity to display your all-encompassing leadership knowledge and business acumen in a high-visibility coaching role.

How you will make an impact:

● Conduct behaviorally-based coaching sessions with leaders

● Partner with stakeholders to assess needs, establish goals, create and implement coaching strategies

● Facilitate group coaching dialogues for emerging leaders

● Present during leadership team meetings and executive off sites

● Stay informed about the latest techniques and initiatives in leadership development and professional development

● The successful candidate is responsible for generating leads, maintaining, and building relationships with new/existing contacts, and has a current book of business

● Create thought leadership in the form of white papers, blogs, and editorial features to share unique insights, which grow awareness of CRA and Admired Leadership®
