About The Role:We are looking for a dedicated, driven Strategic Account Manager with a client partnership mindset.You will work as part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team to drive delivery of projects for our pharma/biotech clients, acting as an extension of their medical and marketing groups. In this client-facing role, you will lead a variety of projects such as creation of educational materials about disease states and drug products, facilitating advisory boards or developing a strategy to increase vaccinations.

About You:You have a strong science background, demonstrate attention to detail and excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to maintain client relationships and successfully manage projects.You are not afraid to get your hands dirty – willing to flex your scientific knowledge, strategic thinking and creative skills as part of a highly collaborative team.

REQUIRED:

• Master's/Doctorate in biology/biological sciences, pharmacy, chemistry, or related subjects or bachelor’s degree in scientific discipline with 3+ years of relevant agency experience
• Ability to lead and provide strategic insight on all client calls and communications
• Occasional on-site client visits may be required
• Have a professional presence, perform with a sense of urgency, and with a profound client service orientation and excellent business communication skills
• Highly organized, mindful of deadlines, able to multi-task, and work in a fast paced, agency environment
• Demonstrated ability to successfully deliver projects as part of a collaborative team under tight deadlines

STAND-OUT SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• Work experience within pharma or marketing
• Medical writing skills
• Relevant experience in medical communications or agency environment
• Experience in medical/regulatory review submissions (i.e. Veeva)
