Qualifications
- Strong planning and organizational skills, ability to multi-task,
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office,
- Excellent analytical and communication skills,
- Military service completed for male candidates.
- Fluency in English is a must,
- Leading and facilitating cross-functional teams or organizational groups,
- University degree preferably in Engineering, Statistics and/or related fields,
- Minimum 3 years experience at product development from conception to implementation in Retail or FMCG sector.
Assists the Brand Category Manager in development of product range in food, beverage, whole bean and retail items categories that would strengthen and support the innovative and market leader position of Starbucks Coffee by ensuring suppliers offer services at and above the standards and expectations, increasing sales and improving margins.
- Manages harmonization of all products and service to Starbucks standards applied all over the world.
- Monitors trends/fashion/orientations taking place in Turkey and in the world market; estimates these developments and takes action to sustain and improve the market leader position.
- Plans actions to achieve targets set for category performances in terms of turnover and units,
- Leads integrated launch programs for products, including product direction, marketing plans, store operations and supply chain requirements.
- Creates and presents the business case for new products or programs to support market growth strategies and profitability targets.
- Follows-up performance of products, gathers consumer insights and evaluates program effectiveness; identifies actions to improve product performance and integrates findings into future activities and initiatives.
