Travel Required
Scope
  • Lead the transformation of Hospital's current procurement structure and processes;
  • Evaluate and offer leading practice ideas to improve Hospital's procurement processes.
  • Work with Hospital's leadership team to develop and execute the transformation plan;
  • Convert buyer roles to ones that align with Hospital's strategic sourcing team and the current category management structure;
  • Coach, train, and mentor Hospital's current procurement team on the roles of buyers, and what the role's responsibilities are; and
