Job Description
Hourly Wage
ISS offers full-time employees a variety of benefits including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, as well as a comprehensive leave program based on employment status. The hourly pay range for this position is $15.50 - $16.00.

Work Hours
The work hours for this position are Monday – Friday 6:00 am – 3:00 pm.

Key Purpose
Welcome all guests and make them feel happy they came. Let them know you are here to make that perfect beverage for them. Prepare and serve hot or cold beverages such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, and teas. Serve ready to eat foods such as pasties, muffins, biscotti, and bagels at breakfast and sandwiches and salads at lunch. Always serve guests with a caring and happy attitude.

Key Accountabilities
  • Maintain product inventory to established levels
  • Prepare or serve hot or cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees and teas
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Order, receive, or stock supplies or retail products
  • Weigh, grind, or pack coffee beans for customers
  • Label and display signs for all items
  • Recognize products; accurately restock & rotate product
  • Must follow all safety rules and actively prevent accidents
  • Station set to execute guest service / satisfaction
  • Properly setting up all equipment needed
  • Smile, greet, and serve customers, making them feel welcome
  • Operate cash register and be familiar with self-service kiosks
  • Display merchandise in an attractive manner
  • Complete necessary HACCP to ensure safe temperature control
  • Stock, clean and organize coolers in attractive manner
  • Clean & sanitize work and service areas

Physical Demands & Work Environment
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds
  • Must be able to work under pressure during peak periods of the day
  • Must be able to stand for periods of 7 hours
  • Must offer outstanding hospitality for their entire shift
