Our client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a global real estate-oriented merchant bank. As the second Assistant to the CEO, you will work closely with the first assistant and play a crucial role in managing the CEO's incredibly busy and ever-changing calendar. This is a high-pressure, fast-paced position that requires strong communication skills and the ability to interact with extremely high-level and high-profile individuals regularly.
- Heavy calendar management
- Proficient in Word and Excel to maintain various lists.
- Collaborate closely with another assistant on a daily basis to efficiently manage the CEO's schedule and commitments.
- Writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications.
- Take meeting notes, delivered follow-up task and recaps to members.
- Booking private travel (international and domestic)
- Prior experience as an Executive Personal Assistant for 3+ years.
- Excellent, verifiable references
- Proven ability to handle a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
