Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a global real estate-oriented merchant bank. As the second Assistant to the CEO, you will work closely with the first assistant and play a crucial role in managing the CEO's incredibly busy and ever-changing calendar. This is a high-pressure, fast-paced position that requires strong communication skills and the ability to interact with extremely high-level and high-profile individuals regularly.


Responsibilities:


  • Heavy calendar management
  • Proficient in Word and Excel to maintain various lists.
  • Collaborate closely with another assistant on a daily basis to efficiently manage the CEO's schedule and commitments.
  • Writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications.
  • Take meeting notes, delivered follow-up task and recaps to members.
  • Booking private travel (international and domestic)


Requirements:


  • Prior experience as an Executive Personal Assistant for 3+ years.
  • Excellent, verifiable references
  • Proven ability to handle a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Discreet


Schedule: Monday through Friday, onsite


9 am to 6 pm with flexibility


Salary: $100-110K plus competitive benefits
