Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack) - Nyc Hybrid

As a Fullstack Software Engineer (level III/IV) at Qrypt, you will work as part of a cross-functional, responsive, and adaptive team aimed at solving customer integration needs and solution configurability to win and grow Qrypt’s customer base. You will be holistically focused on adapting our customer facing solutions to win business. You will work on Proof of Concepts (POCs), Demos, Qrypt’s Web Portal, and other technologies that our customers interface with every day.

What you'll do

• Derive requirements, develop, and test complex features.
• Mentor and coach junior and mid-level team members.
• Directly interact with customers and develop solutions that satisfy their use cases.
• Act as a technical liaison for an offshore front-end development team.
• Scope work, manage project priorities and deliverables, identify risks, and develop solutions to mitigate them.

What you'll need

• Proficiency with a back-end technology such as Python, Rust, Go, Node.js and a front-end technology including React, JavaScript and/or TypeScript, HTML, CSS or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and 7+ years of professional experience
• Mastery with Agile processes, DevOps concepts, and Test Automation
• Mastery of and able to apply enterprise software design principals to design and build scalable software systems.

The annual base pay range for this role is $130,000 - $180,000. The actual base salary pay offered may vary based on multiple factors such as qualifications, experience, transferable skills, level of education, and other factors permitted by law. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work in this location and refers to the amount Qrypt is willing to pay at the time of this posting. The range listed is just one component of Qrypt's total compensation package.
