The department of Neurology has an exciting opportunity for a Full Time Sr. Research Assistant to join UHealth in Boca Raton. The Senior Research Assistant explores innovations to research and strives to improve implementation and family outcomes. Further, the Senior Research Assistant ensures compliance with University policies, rules, and regulations to meet federal, state, and local standards pertaining to safety and ethics.

• Oversees inventory of supplies and equipment and places orders in a timely fashion.
• Provides assistance in the preparation of scientific papers, reports, and manuscripts.
• Participates in assessing feasibility of implementing innovations.
• Assesses data trends and develops reports and presentations.
• Supports the initiation of new research by reviewing and synthesizing literature.
• Plans and implements research experiments, according to research protocols, to assure high quality scientific results in support of applicable project goals.
• Adheres to University and unit-level policies and procedures and safeguards University assets.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• High School diploma or equivalent

• Ability to recognize, analyze, and solve a variety of problems.
• Skill in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data.
