Job Description
Dermatology Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant
The Center for Skin Wellness, located at beautiful Lakewood Ranch is growing. We are looking for a full time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a minimum of two years Dermatology experience to join our team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Cosmetic injectable experience
  • Assess patients’ health and provide focused care
  • Monitor patient progress and document using EMR system (EMA)
  • Perform minor procedures such as biopsies and excisions
  • Prescribe appropriate medications
  • Review labs and pathology reports, then take appropriate action
  • Proficient in treating a wide range of skin disorders / treatment options
Qualifications:
  • Florida Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant License in good standing
  • Problem solving skills and ability to multitask
  • Minimum two years experience in Dermatology
  • Master’s degree
  • Organized and efficient
  • Caring and compassionate
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
