Job Summary
Paycor’s Project Managers, Client Service are responsible for utilizing proven project management methodologies to effectively lead the projects within the Client Service’s project portfolio. They are accountable for the completion of all key milestones/tasks, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. They document, coordinate, and monitor progress from project initiation through closing. Successful Project Managers demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills of complex issues and are resourceful and creative in their general approach to problems. They assess the right resources to apply and to get the best out of the team as a whole. Spotting areas of conflict within the team early on and managing conflict is crucial.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead projects by working effectively with internal and external stakeholders and serving as the ultimate owner of project milestones and tasks.
  • Create and maintain project plans through the lifecycle of the project. Identify and manage dependencies, tasks, issues, owners, and risks.
  • Build and maintain network of working relationships across the business.
  • Responsible for communicating status of Client Service initiatives to project team, stakeholders, and leadership.
  • Monitor associate adoption rates of enhanced/new processes and tools.
  • Utilize stakeholders and business analysts to gather and capture requirements for project delivery.
  • Serve as a thought leader for continuous improvement and transformation.
  • Raise concerns quickly to stakeholders and escalate when necessary.
  • Create project charters and business objectives in partnership with business sponsor.
Requirements
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
  • Ability to communicate with both associates and senior leadership within the organization.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with PC software including Microsoft Office Suites.
  • Four-year degree in Business Administration, MIS, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • 5 years prior project management experience with multiple project implementations; Project Management certification strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational, attention to detail, and time management skills.

We also offer competitive compensation determined by each individual's relevant experience, skills, and education. We anticipate the base pay for this position to be between $ 74380.00-$ 126984.00/year. In addition to base pay, Paycor Associates are eligible for a performance-based annual bonus or commission, depending on their position.
