In this role, you have the opportunity to
Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of short cycle business customer installations.
You are responsible for
- Partnering with the Account Manager and Business Manager to establish and communicate the delivery timeline for each order and work with end customers, as appropriate.
- Confirming configuration and delivery address in customer’s purchase order/quote is in alignment with SAP MP1; as well as, ensuring order integrity is maintained.
- Maintaining all delivery schedules, commentary, meeting documentation, and issues in Salesforce PSA tool and PM Dashboard.
- Managing order backlog to meet revenue targets and minimize inventory.
- Partnering with Forward Stock team to ensure best supply source is identified and used.
- Scheduling all material with Philips Order Management / factories and third-party vendors, revises as needed.
- Tracking all orders to ensure installation is complete, Government paperwork (as required) is properly submitted, MDIRs (as required) are sent to Zone offices and revenue is recognized as scheduled.
- Establishing and maintain effective communication channels with Sales, Marketing, Zone Installation Directors, Credit, Service, Philips factories, Third Party Vendors and Logistics providers.
- Hosting meetings with the sales team to ensure project and order details are aligned and project updates are communicated.
- Ensure all shipments from distribution center to site are done in a timely manner, and Field Service Engineer’s (FSEs) are notified and material is received and installed.
- Determining sign-off needs and obtain required project sign-off documentation to support invoicing and revenue recognition.
- Obtaining government sign-off and 3rd party financing sign-off and submit through required channels to support external process requirements and internal revenue recognition criteria.
- Working with Zone Service to schedule installation resources and third-party brokers to schedule removal of trade-in equipment.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Monitoring all deliveries (factory and third party) to ensure they are on schedule.
- Processing all Direct Delivery Questionnaires and partners with Logistic providers to ensure accurate deliveries and/or problem resolution.
- Ensure all material is delivered including back-orders.
- Resolving all issues either independently or in conjunction with others that impact customer satisfaction and Initial Quality scores.
- Ensure all resources and order details are properly identified and aligned for flawless execution.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- PMP, certification – bonus, but not required.
- Presentation skills and ability to speak in front of a medium-sized audience as well as facilitate a customer meeting.
- Relevant Project Management skill; with the ability to multi-task
- Able to make decisions using sound judgment, operate independently, and take initiative, pro-actively where possible.
- Proven track record in building and maintaining customer relationships.
- 3+ years’ experience and understanding of Healthcare Radiology / Medical Imaging equipment, a plus.
- Self-motivated and self-directed. Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work and general instructions on new assignments. Able to work under deadlines and time constraints.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers, Philips management, peers, and non-team members.
- Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, critical thinking, organization, project management, and priority setting skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with customers. Ability to diffuse tense situations.
- Experience resolving customer concerns related to technical equipment issues, preferably medical imaging system products.
- Willing to flex hours depending on the time zones supporting.
- Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams. Zoom experience a plus.
- Ability to work cohesively and effectively across teams, departments, and businesses at all levels of an organization.
- 3+ years of customer facing experience within a healthcare setting as a Regional Service Manager or similar healthcare role, with client interaction, a plus.
- Very strong collaboration and listening skills; paired with clear and concise communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree, required.
