We’re a group of talented artists, developers, character riggers, 3D modelers, in-house customer service agents, gamers and nerds of all stripes. Marketing Outsource Manager :

Sky Castle Studios is currently seeking an experienced Marketing Manager specializing in maintaining co-dev relationships with a proven track record of delivering world-class project management for games.

• You are highly organized with excellent feedback skills and a solid technical understanding of the games industry.
• As the Marketing Outsource Manager, you will be responsible for making creative briefs and reviewing a project’s technical and creative quality as they move through development.
• You will play a key role in maintaining relationships with 3rd party vendors, working with an internal team to develop strategies for delivering high-quality, cost-effective assets.

Marketing Outsource Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead special projects as assigned.
• Create and execute marketing briefs for external and internal partners that work towards delivering assets that align with the greater marketing strategy.
• Work alongside the Director of Marketing to understand and communicate the marketing vision–ensuring that vision is put back into deliverables .
• Monitoring and managing site content.
• Lead execution of a variety of growth/marketing efforts, run monthly analytics, and pivot/strengthen our efforts for the following month.
• Use functional area knowledge and industry-specific experience to anticipate obstacles and proactively recommend solutions before they come to leadership.
• Work with operations to draft, negotiate and arrange for the execution of new outsource contracts or amendments.
• Force multiply our team—bringing in more outsourced teams to expand our efforts, focusing on expanding diversity of thought and experience.
• Collaborate with Art and Development to organize, track, and maintain assets.
• Increase overall asset creation both from external outsourcers and internal employees and manage a library of photo, video, and written content.
• Be a “wrangler” for the internal marketing team–coordinating and managing tasks within the team to ensure the marketing team is on track utilizing Asana to assign/monitor progress on tasks and projects across the Marketing team.
• Be able to source new external art development talent and find ways to increase asset production efficiency.

Marketing Outsource Manager Requirements:

• Experienced with various social networks including Reddit, IG, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Twitch, Discord.
• Ability to work independently in a highly matrixed, global culture.
• Out of the box thinker–able to find creative solutions and eliminate bottlenecks.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and timelines to meet required deadlines, while maintaining flexibility to serve business needs.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
