Senior Manager Head Office & Strategy – Originals, Basketball & Partnership
Purpose & Overall Relevance For The Organization
Support creating, driving and implementing the strategy for BU Originals, Basketball & Partnerships. Steer agenda and day to day business in the respective business area and manage major, strategic projects for BU/function, plus ensuring the efficient and high performance operational creation of a compelling product offer and ensuring efficient go-to-market activities.
Key Responsibilities

• Establish, communicate, and champion project methodologies
• Provide operational, process and organizational management support to superior and senior management team
• Collaborate with internal/external teams to ensure BU/function’s processes and annual timings are aligned and harmonized, ensuring holistic process
• Champion and support the fulfilment of strategies
• Create project charters and objectives design briefs, project timings, and project plans
• Organize resources and manage communication and interaction
• Manage overall budget for assigned area, planning annual budgets and forecasts, strategizing best use of funds
• Manage together with BU/function team the development of multiple concepts and projects, running on multiple seasons, ensuring objectives, budget and timelines are met, and ensuring on-time delivery of tools to Markets
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clear communication, optimisation of processes, on-time deliveries to stakeholders
• Manage overall project workload and maintain project list
• Support teams in all operational issues
• Ensure regular communication about business area and news in the organisation
• Support manage the development of key, strategic business projects, to ensure company and brand objectives are met, cross-functional teams are aligned, critical seasonal timelines are met

Requisite Education And Experience / Minimum Qualifications

• The anticipated low and high end of the base pay range for this position is $83,800-$125,600. Actual salary will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills and competencies, proficiency for the role.
• Employees are eligible to earn an annual bonus based on both company and personal performance. Employees accrue prorated flexible time off in the amount .4 388 hours per day that increases with years of service, 12 paid holidays throughout the calendar year and Service Time Off during milestone years.
• At least 8 years work experience in project management, strategy, head-office functions, or related work area

• We officially returned to office in a hybrid work environment, working 3 days in office and 2 days remote.  The working location of this position is Los Angeles.

• Proven experience with the entire design process (project scope and time planning, design steps, production/execution of design solution, pre-press processes)
