💰 Salary: OTE of $250,000 - $300,000k + Stock Options

I am currently partnered with a rocket ship FinTech on a mission to disrupt the way people access financial services. They enable financial institutions to digitally engage in a secure and compliant way. Using their world-class digital communications platform, community financial institutions can improve operations, engagement and productivity. CFIs (Community Banks and Credit Unions) use the company's system to communicate with consumers via Text, Video, Secure Chat, co-browsing, screen sharing and chatbot technology — all integrated in a single platform bolstered by AI, skill-based routing and other contact centre capabilities.

Key requirements

● Must be currently based in the Bay Area and willing to work from the company's HQ in Milpitas CA

● Must be able to rebrand and reposition the company in CFI leveraging Generative AI momentum

● Must be able to create a GoToMarket strategy for CFIs for our Generative AI solutions

○ Define the use cases in collaboration with Product, Customer Success and Sales

○ Determine value proposition

○ Identify goals and timeline

○ Help define the sales process

○ Execute effective marketing

○ Employ data

● Should have experience as the head of marketing with a SaaS startup which grew from $50M ARR to $100M ARR and beyond

● Experience with

○ Lead/demand generation, speaking at conferences, content and brand building

○ Rebranding and repositioning

○ The financial services industry is a big plus

○ Customer communication/engagement/CRM product is a plus.

● Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to lead via influence.

● Open and highly collaborative, ability to partner well with multiple cross-functional team

● High energy, strong work ethic

● Accountable and self driven (takes responsibility for actions & results)

● Excellent written and oral presentation/communication skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels including with top Corporate Executives

● Ability to quickly adjust according to need

● Marketing and leadership experience a plus
