Purpose And Overall Relevance For The Organisation
Support creating, driving and implementing the strategy for BU Originals, Basketball & Partnerships. Steer agenda and day to day business in the respective business area and manage major, strategic projects for BU/function, plus ensuring the efficient and high performance operational creation of a compelling product offer and ensuring efficient go-to-market activities.
Key Responsibilities
Depending on scope / type of project but in general:
Support creating, driving and implementing the strategy for BU Originals, Basketball & Partnerships. Steer agenda and day to day business in the respective business area and manage major, strategic projects for BU/function, plus ensuring the efficient and high performance operational creation of a compelling product offer and ensuring efficient go-to-market activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in SLT operating model in collaboration with Director of Strategy as outlined in yearly strategy cycles and weekly flow
- Support the development of key, strategic business projects, to ensure company and brand objectives are met, cross-functional teams are aligned, critical seasonal timelines are met
- Ensure regular communication about business area and news in the organisation
- Champion and support the fulfilment of strategies both within the BU and wider organization
- Ensure BU is strategically optimized to live “consumer first” and make strategic choices with consumer at the core
- Critically analyze Basketball BU performance and trends to make real-time decisions or pivots and bring to SLT when appropriate
- Collaborate with internal/external teams to ensure BU/function’s processes and annual timings are aligned and harmonized, ensuring holistic process (
- Support teams in all operational issues
- Streamline BU insights to inform SLT to make timely, strategic decisions
- Work closely with Director of Strategy and GM to spot market opportunities
- Manage together with BU/function team the development of multiple concepts and projects, running on multiple seasons, ensuring objectives, budget and timelines are met, and ensuring on-time delivery of tools to Markets
- Provide operational, process and organizational management support to superior and senior management team

- Employees are eligible to earn an annual bonus based on both company and personal performance. Employees accrue prorated flexible time off in the amount .4 388 hours per day that increases with years of service, 12 paid holidays throughout the calendar year and Service Time Off during milestone years.

- We officially returned to office in a hybrid work environment, working 3 days in office and 2 days remote. The working location of this position is Los Angeles.
- The anticipated low and high end of the base pay range for this position is $117,500-$176,300. Actual salary will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills and competencies, proficiency for the role.
- At least 8 years work experience in project management, strategy, head-office functions, or related work area
- Proven experience with the entire product creation process (project scope and time planning, design steps, production/execution of design solution, pre-press processes)
- In design related area (agency or company)
