Are you a strategic HR Manager or Generalist who would enjoy bringing your expertise to a variety of organizations? Do you thrive on building relationships and providing hands-on support to solve problems and meet the needs of clients? Do you have experience with a variety of industries and organization sizes, including non-profit, working with unions, and more?
As a full-time HR Consultant, your assignments may consist of either short-term projects or longer engagements providing on-going HR support, with the full Archbright HR and Legal team as a resource to you. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 10 years of HR Generalist to Manager experience and are knowledgeable in all aspects of federal and Washington state employment law.
Archbright Consultants are full-time employees with full benefits, PTO, 401k match, etc. You would have the support of the internal HR experts, Legal team, and the other Consultants.
This position is a mix of remote and some in-office work at member sites within WA state.
Typical Assignments:
- Act as the member’s HR Generalist or Leader and/or being assigned a specific project
- Provide professional HR advice and consultation to management and employees on HR compliance and best business practices
- Develop, write, review, and revise member policies and procedures
- Develop recruiting strategies and conduct recruiting, hiring and onboarding
You'll need to have:
- A minimum of 3 of those years being management experience at a senior or executive level, providing strategic HR as a member of the leadership or executive team.
- Current PHR or SPHR and/or SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification, or the ability to obtain certification within 6 months
- Dedication to deliver quality services to our members/clients
- Superior customer service, relationship building, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Minimum of 10 years of exempt level Human Resources experience
You will have experience:
- Managing people, in an HR position or other
- Working with all levels of employees, including advising manager and executive teams
- A variety of industries and organization sizes, including non-profit & unions (Labor Relations experience preferred)
- All aspects of federal and WA state employment laws
The hiring range for this position is $108,000 - $111,000 annually. Archbright Keystone is our Total Rewards program for our most valuable assets - our people.
