Job Description
We are at a point of rapid growth and looking to expand our investment in our most important asset, our People. This is an incredible opportunity for someone who has the passion to take our HR to the next level and build for scale. It is imperative you are hands-on and comfortable handling responsibilities, from executive to administrative, in an extremely fast paced environment. This position is directly responsible for recruiting and supporting the corporate staff, while working closely with the clinical recruiting team, payroll department, and clinical managers to support the field staff.

Having energy, passion, and the ability to contribute beyond what’s expected will set an example and continue to raise the bar for others in the organization. You will be the leader when it comes to shaping and keeping the culture alive, and you will play a key role in the company’s success - as our people and the patients are our priority. You will embody the core values of Customer Obsession, Transparency, Passion, and Thinking Big, and will embed and reinforce those throughout the tenure of our employees.


The Human Resources Manager or Head of Hearts and Culture will be based in our HQ in Bellevue, WA.


Responsibilities


  • Being the steward of the organizational culture
  • Proactively monitoring organizational culture and highlighting issues and areas for improvement
  • Being a strategic thought partner on organizational growth and talent development
  • Other scope of work as defined by management
  • Recruiting top tier talent to support our growth
  • Providing advice to our management team on hiring, compensation, and benefits
  • Working with the team to conceive and implement meaningful employee recognition programs
  • Becoming a master of domain related to our HR benefits and policies while serving as the go-to person to help our team understand and maximize their benefits
  • Ensuring legal compliance with all Federal, State, and other applicable laws and regulations
  • Owning, managing, implementing, and evolving HR policies and programs
Requirements


  • Experience identifying gaps and improving processes and programs
  • An understanding of healthcare people and millennial workers
  • Human Resources Professional Certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM)
  • Broad talent management experience with specific experience in recruiting and culture management
  • Experience prioritizing needs and coming to the table with solutions
  • 5+ years of professional Human Resources experience
  • Ability to model and strictly follow directions or procedures as required
  • Extreme proficiency in MS Office tools
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Masters Degree a plus
  • Strong report-writing skill
  • Relentless devotion to the “people experience” in all things
