QinetiQ US seeks a motivated Human Resource Analyst. This individual will be responsible for supporting a fast-paced client while collaborating with a small team to achieve organizational goals. The primary workstreams include project management, human resource management and process tracking and reporting.
Responsibilities:
  • Adapt and work in a fluid and dynamic environment with an eye for capturing short- and long-term goals.
  • Manage and help improve internal systems used to assist Human Resource projects and initiatives.
  • Identify personnel-related trends and potential improvements to human capital processes and management.
  • Provide program analysis on workforce acquisition, retention and development requirements; propose recommendations to address human capital challenges.
  • Identify, plan, recommend, and implement solutions that improve efficiencies for internal processes.
  • Manage and report project progress on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to the client as appropriate.
  • Collect, analyze, and manage data to support human capital and personnel-related decision making.
Required Qualifications:
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain a security clearance from the U.S. government.
  • Experience in human capital policies, guidance, and best practices.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Demonstrate ability to work in a supportive, collaborative, and positive team environment.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with an attention to detail.
  • A strong focus on solving problems and executing sound judgement.
  • Organizational skills and best practices to include documents, processes, and data.
  • Possess two to five years of work experience and a Bachelor’s degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in federal management consulting and delivering workforce planning, human resource management and project management solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with diverse team, client, and organizational stakeholders.
  • Human Resources certification(s) or strong understanding of industry best practices.
  • Ability to set priorities, plan, and organize tasks and deliverables as needs evolve.
  • Experience setting and managing client relationships and expectations.
