Job Description

Cameo Consulting Group, LLC a management consulting practice based out of Alexandria, VA, is seeking multiple qualified and available HR Consultants/Specialists to support a prospective Federal client. The position is full-time, long-term in nature, telework, and available upon award.


TASKS/DUTIES:

  • Receive and/or extract workforce analytics to identify workforce analytics trends
  • Provide entry-level HR or training administrative support to include logistics; meeting and deliverable tracking; document review; basic filing; managing meeting notes and follow-up actions.
  • Assist with research tasks related to OIG HR business processes, federal human capital, and employment practices.
  • Develop and present guides and learning tools pertaining to performance management and awards management.
  • Gather information and assist in the development of metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the progress and success of various strategic initiatives.
  • Provide recommendations for improvement pertaining to the OIG Performance Management and Awards Program Directives and Policies.
  • Produce summaries of HR documents or policies, as requested.
  • Assist in the design and develop change management strategies and solutions.
  • Provide administrative and programmatic support to include reserving Government facility meeting space, office supply and inventory, preparing briefing packages, white papers, document preparation, property control, information research and archival, data entry, project coordination control, and other administrative actions as required.
  • Assist in the development of an analytic approach to human capital data and assist in updating the data management strategic plan.
  • Assist TMD in reviewing and analyzing new human capital statutes and assist in providing recommendations related to the drafting of associated agency regulations related to classification, staffing, and compensation.
  • Provide programmatic and administrative support to the OIG Performance Management Program to include Awards Management.
  • Possess an understanding of the purpose, routine uses, handling requirements, and approval processes for personnel records and employment related Standard Forms; and be prepared to assist TMD staff with coordinating, filing, and supporting workflow management to handle OIG personnel records, in accordance with policy / SOP’s.
  • Develop and maintain HR standard operating procedures (SOPs) for administrative functions and business processes, such as deliverable tracking or providing guidance to customers. The Contractor will not be involved in the determination of agency policy, such as determining the content and application of regulations, which is an inherently Governmental function.
  • Assist TMD in researching, reviewing, validating, verifying, analyzing, developing, designing various Human Resources business processes within the scope of data analytics, human resources information systems, performance management, awards, training and workforce development
  • Develop a documented methodology to evaluate human capital programs.
  • Develop and present guides and learning tools that enable customers to monitor and forecast human capital business decisions relative to existing workforce planning needs.
  • Develop action plans that contain strategies to promote accomplishment of set goals and objectives.
  • Track correspondence and customer requests, and keep stakeholders informed of progress, HR deadlines, follow-up actions, and possible past responses available for re-use.
  • Provide programmatic support for various strategic human capital initiatives, including the analysis, design, development and implementation of identified solutions.
  • Provide programmatic support to the OIG workforce-planning program.
  • Implement, oversee, and track performance measures within the OIG Human Capital Plan
  • Assist customers in identifying key competency and workforce gaps. Identify ways to better service customers recruiting and hiring processes by exercising economies of scale and eliminating barriers to the hiring process.
  • As requested, provide facilitation services for meetings and events (e.g. off-site, planning sessions).
  • Develop a repository of workforce planning tools and best practices.
  • Assist with collection of HR data from stakeholders and produce basic analyses of aggregated HR data using standard spreadsheet formulas, charts and graphs, and bulleted lists.
  • Assist in the design and development of the OIG Performance Management Program pertaining to the Performance Management Cycle (Planning, Monitoring, Developing, Rating and Rewarding).

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Federal agency experience required
  • DEU Certification Preferred.
  • 5+ Years as experience

  • Shall have experience and efficiency in word processing and data entry.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Shall have experience with computers.
