About The Role

We're seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team! As our HR Generalist, you'll be an essential member of our team, responsible for supporting our HR Manager in day-to-day HR operations and helping to build and maintain a positive and inclusive company culture for every employee at Routable (who we refer to as Routers). This role is primarily administrative in nature, so a love for organization will be imperative in your overall enjoyment in this position.

Responsibilities

• Analyze HR data and metrics to suggest improvements and identify areas for growth
• Assist managers and Routers with questions and concerns regarding HR policies, employment laws, and regulations
• Work with the HR team to design and implement training, recognition, and wellness programs that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
• Help us maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
• Support HR Manager in day-to-day HR operations such as Router relations, compensation, benefits, performance management, and compliance
• Assist with developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that reflect our company culture and values
• Participate in Router relations investigations and resolutions, working closely with the HR Manager to ensure issues are resolved professionally and promptly with a high level of empathy

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Rock solid administrative and organizational skills are KEY
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• 3+ years of experience in HR
• Experience with HRIS and other HR software preferred

Location

You must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. If you live in the US, you must be authorized to work in the US.

Our salary range is $80,000 - $90,000 - the exact salary offer will depend on the level of experience, role alignment, etc. We also offer equity and full benefits packages for FTEs. This only applies to employees residing in the US.
