In this capacity, as a full-time exempt employee, the Financial Analyst I reports to the Chief Financial Officer.

What will you be doing

As our Financial Analyst I you will be responsible for providing support to review past performance and optimize future business outcomes.

• Identify and complete special projects
• Maintain sets of key performance indicators while working to automate
• Ensure data quality and accuracy with timely processing
• Learn or utilize tools to surface insights from large data sets
• Analyze and report company performance
• Prepare Board of Director level financial presentations
• Partner with leaders across business to forecast future outcome
• Convey a succinct and compelling financial story
• Build data and financial models to help drive the business
• Leverage new technologies to highlight innovative approaches to financial metrics

• Support strategic initiatives including acquisitions, international expansion, and new product development by providing financial analysis and project budgeting

What do you need to stand out

• 0-2 Years of Experience in data and financial analysis
• Comfortable with multitasking and prioritization
• Organized with high attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree required (Data Science or Accounting and Finance)
• Demonstrated academic excellence
