SUMMARY
This role is responsible for the day-to-day administration and enhancement of Pella’s Incentive Compensation Model (ICM) ensuring accurate and timely processing and reporting of sales compensation programs.
Initiatives may vary based on the current strategic needs of the business. This is a highly collaborative role identifying and gathering input from business stakeholders, working through design, development, and all phases of ICM configuration, implementation, and enhancement.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Perform administrative responsibilities for both Varicent’s Admin Client’s models and Payee Web Portal. These include ensuring accurate setup upon hire, continued testing of model to ensure calculations are being performed accurately, and acting as a trusted advisor answering questions about the model and elevating any issues as necessary.
Assist with providing reporting necessary to the business such as expense information, comparisons to quota, forecasting requirements, etc.
Coordinate data integration (ETL) for data preparation and integration for compensation calculation execution. Ensure proper controls are in place for accuracy of data.
Plan and execute appropriate testing (e.g. test plans, test cases, and test scripts) to comprehensively test assigned enhancements to business applications. Assist with modeling impact of enhancements.
Build relationships and collaborate with cross functional teams. This may include finance, IT, payroll, project management, sales enablement teams, and corporate sales.
Possess leadership, project management, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Based on current demands of the business the Administrator will participate in other projects as needed.

This job has no supervisory responsibilities at this time.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; Typical majors include Management Information Systems, Finance, Human Resources, or Business Technology. 3+ years’ experience with sales compensation programs preferred.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and presentations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
COMPUTER SKILLS: Microsoft Office,
Varicent ICM or other ICM programs preferred but not required.
Power BI experience preferred but not required.
Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud preferred but not required.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: None required.
