Position Summary
As Senior Technical Analyst, you will work closely with business and IT leaders on our Loyalty and Consumer Data Platform projects. Primary responsibilities of this role will include the support of our Loyalty program, it's implementation and roll out in regions. Supplement development work on our Consumer Data Platform project to help improve quality of data and efforts to bring in more sources. You will also assist our first level application support team in resolutions of issues that require your elevated expertise.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee technical implementation of Loyalty Program with support from business and technical leads
- Partner internally with business owner, product manager, UX designer to understand business requirements
- Work closely with quality assurance teams to provide guidance and support during end to end testing
- Provide supporting role in larger, cross functional projects
- Become subject matter expert in integrations of Loyalty Program with other systems within Under Armour
- Lead small groups to clarify complex requirements and collaborate with technical team to prepare and review technical design documents
- Participate in resolution of operational issues and partner with Development/Support team for Root Cause Analysis and documentation of the same
- Work on Consumer Data Platform project (CDP) and work with complex SQL queries
- Provide guidance and assistance for consultants, other IT or functional teammates within area of technical responsibility
- Understand project landscape and interdependencies to highlight possible conflicts or delays in development/testing
- Become a subject matter expert in Under Armour’s Loyalty Program and Consumer Data Platform
- Take ownership of smaller process improvement efforts
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
Qualifications:
- Experience working in Ecommerce project/ team preferred
- Must have experience writing complex SQL Queries
- Experience working with integration tools like MuleSoft/Tibco/Boomi is preferred
- Experience working on Atlassian products - JIRA/Confluence
- Experience working on Loyalty Program preferred

- Proven experience working as part of a global team is preferred

- Ability to collaborate and work with multiple teams and teammates simultaneously
- Proven ability to work in complex fast paced agile environment
Education And / Or Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information System Management, Computer Science, or a relevant business area such as Supply Chain Management preferred, but relevant professional experience will be considered
- 3+ Years of Technical Analyst experience is a must

- Base compensation range: $85,000 - $117,000
