Description

1. Provides operational and technical support by developing and maintaining user guides, training materials and process and system documentation.

2. Provides daily user support and classroom training.

3. Supports and tests financial system upgrades and enhancements, security and finance business processes.

4. Serves as liaison between Finance and Information Services.

5. Writes and maintains financial reports for budgeting, analysis, and periodic reporting periods focusing on report performance data quality and simplicity.

6. Uses strong technical skills to merge data from multiple sources, write formulas to summarize data, translate data into usable report and data mine for metrics and trends.

7. Uses understanding of accounting, budgets and finance to provide backup support during critical periods or seasons.

8. Performs other duties as assigned.
