Responsibilities

Order Processing and Contract Creation:

• Process orders, deductions, and create contracts
• Address any potential order, deduction, or contract issues
• Provide timely and thorough communication with clients and customers
• Participate in client/customer conference calls, providing feedback and insight
• Communicate regularly with management, advising on critical issues or opportunities

Claims And Accounts Receivable Management

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of claims and deductions
• Manage claims and accounts receivable
• Provide reports to clients/customers as needed

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Associate’s Degree or equivalent office experience
• 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service and working in a fast-paced environment
• Preferred experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel
