About the role:

As the Director of Order to Cash, you will be responsible for leading the global end-to-end order-to-cash process. Your strategic direction and operational leadership will drive standardization and consistency in billing, collections, cash application, reporting, and client interactions. By analyzing collection processes and establishing best practices, you will ensure compliance with service level agreements, KPIs, and industry benchmarks.

You will have a significant impact on the organization, collaborating with the finance leadership team to establish strategies and objectives. Your decisions and actions will shape plans, staffing, budgeting, and priorities, enabling effective achievement of objectives.

About you:

We are seeking a subject matter expert on the end-to-end credit and collection process, with substantial experience in a similar role. Your strong analytical skills and client-focused mindset will allow you to excel in this position. Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with ERP systems are highly valuable. Your excellent collaboration, communication, and negotiation skills, along with your ability to motivate and influence others, will contribute to your success.
