Payment Posting Specialist - National Remote ($16.00 - $27.31 / Hour)

This position is full-time. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:00am - 5:30pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.

Primary Responsibilities

• Updates accounts
• Posts payments, rejections and LOAs to accounts
• Reconciles postings on billing system against the bank transactions in clients' accounts
• Answers inquiries
• Makes corrections to misapplied payments

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of electronic payment handling experience
• 1+ years of claims processing review experience within hospital, clinic, primary care, or doctor's office.
• Ability to work full-time between 7:00am - 5:30pm including the flexibility to work occasional overtime given the business need
• High School Diploma / GED (or higher) or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• EOB experience
• Experience using Epic
