• Salary range: $125,000-$180,000 + bonus

This is a Senior Sourcing Lead position for a top healthcare facility in NYC that presents candidates with the opportunity for a competitive salary and a stable career progression. This position will be responsible for establishing close client relationships to ensure needs, test policies, driving demand, as well as establish open specifications and the understanding of the intersection of cost, quality, and outcomes. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively collaborate and work towards a common goal of providing the best care for the consumers.

Education and Skills:

· Master’s Degree in Business, Science, Healthcare, or any other Advanced Degrees

· 10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing for both products and services within healthcare

· Familiar with clinical, emergency room, operating room services, devices, and supplies including orthopedics

· Sourcing and contracting experience

· CMRP preferred

· Goal oriented

The Senior Sourcing Lead will have the following responsibilities:

· Negotiate contracts with vendors

· Manage a team of sourcing agents

· Be in charge for large operational spend for multiple categories

· Market evaluations

· Work hand in hand with physicians and nurse

· Initiate projects based on spend profile
