Schedule packing of team stores

Work with accounting to ship finished orders out of our order system, Fishbowl

Work with ShipStation for creation of shipments for bulk and team store orders

Organize finished product prior to packing stores

You have relevant education and experience gained working for or with Sourcing, Product, Production, or Planning teams

Your experience must include working directly on apparel products

You have experience with and are comfortable communicating with external domestic and global partners

You are skilled and comfortable working independently and as part of a team of dynamic creative professionals

You possess a sense of urgency, teamwork skills, are a problem solver, and have a desire to learn

This role is based in Boston and you will be working on-site two days each week

Align with Senior Sales Manager on general project management requirements

Daily order entry and management

Manage 3STEP Owned club accounts and their yearly apparel needs

Daily/weekly communication with assigned accounts and manager

General knowledge of club/account budgets

Strong verbal and written communications skills

Experience with database management tools

Adheres to schedule requirements and reports issues as needed to manage partner expectations

Manage sample logistics and work with partners to effectively communicate product prioritization

Route and track samples according to order requirements and desired destinations

Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and English proficiency (verbal and written)

Prior experience in retail, sample coordination or managing stock inventory will be highly regarded

Manage development and bulk production calendars

Bachelor’s degree, in a related field of study, or equivalent functional experience

Detail oriented, with strong organizational capabilities

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Previous production experience preferred but not required

Assist with product development + request/tracking of all samples

The ideal candidate has strong communication and organizational skills and is detail-oriented.

Data entry for technology product catalog in partnership with product team or other miscellaneous data entry tasks

Responsible for supporting the project manager and other project resources during the course of the project lifecycle.

Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.

Must have strong knowledge of MS Project, Excel, Word, and Visio.

Uniform programs by helping to support key operational tasks and making supporting processes more efficient.

Knowledge of the costing process.
