Assistant Product Manager, Apparel

We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Product Manager to join our Apparel team. As the Assistant Product Manager, you will support the Product Management team in the creation and execution of product strategies that drive business growth by delivering innovative products that exceed customer needs. You will work cross-functionally with Design, Development, Go-To Market, and Marketing teams to ensure products are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate possesses a growth mindset with strong project management skills and a passion for sport and fashion.

• Hybrid: Current- Three (3) days per week in-office, Two (2) days remote (Monday/Friday)
• Hybrid: September 2023 - Four (4) days per week in-office, One (1) day remote

Responsibilities

• Assist with sample organization, coordination and data entry
• Assist in conducting market research and analyzing consumer insights to ensure that products meet customer needs
• Support the Product Management team in executing product strategies and delivering innovative products.
• Work closely with Design and Development teams to deliver products on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Be flexible to support the team on a variety of tasks.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive efficiency in product development.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research and analyze consumer insights.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field and/or 2+ years of experience in Product Management or related field.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Design, Development, GTM, and Marketing teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• High level of competency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Experience

• Working with and changing of electric vehicle batteries (preferred)
• Lead acid battery maintenance (preferred)
• Operating corrugated product compactor/baler (preferred)
• Warehouse or industrial maintenance experience (required)
• Working with and basic trouble shooting of electrical controls and motor control devices (required)
• Must have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role of similar responsibility (required)
• Operating bulk shredding equipment (preferred)

Compensation

Salary Range: $50,000 - $62,000
