Job Description
Are you a creative and tech-savvy individual with a passion for social media and video content creation? Do you have a keen eye for aesthetics and an innate ability to captivate audiences through engaging visuals? If so, Smart HR is looking for you to join our team as a Social Media Intern! We are a leading HR agency, and we need a talented intern to own all aspects of editing and posting video content across our social media platforms.
Position: Social Media Intern
Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of video content creation, editing, and posting on Smart HR's social media accounts, including Instagram and LinkedIn.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and video content creation to continuously improve our online presence.
  • Optimize videos for different social media platforms to ensure maximum reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and HR teams to brainstorm, plan, and create captivating video content that aligns with Smart HR's brand and messaging.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of video content, providing insights and suggestions for improvement.
  • Utilize various video and audio editing software, including Canva, CapCut, Riverside.fm, and 7 other relevant tools, to craft visually stunning and engaging content.
Requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain brand consistency in all visual elements.
  • Self-motivated, creative, and capable of taking initiative to propose new ideas and solutions.
  • Proficiency in using video and audio editing software such as Canva, CapCut, Riverside.fm, and other relevant tools.
  • Proven experience in video content creation and editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Media Studies) is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and LinkedIn, and an understanding of what content resonates with audiences on each platform.
Duration And Compensation
