Senior Coordinator, Paid Social Media And Content Analytics

Position Summary

The Paid Social Media and Content Analytics Sr. Coordinator will work on the Paid Social Media team in the Content department with a focus on building and targeting communities across the Chargers social landscape and providing data and strategy to benchmark and meet both internal and external performance goals. This position will report to the Manager, Paid Social Media and Content Analytics.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Produce monthly growth reports, measure against KPIs, ideate goals and implement results
• Monitor and manage community engagement across all paid campaigns and support organic community management as needed
• Collaborate with organic social media and content teams on Chargers official accounts to create content ideas and help implement to reach key KPIs
• Provide support for football and community events as needed (i.e. game days, training camp, etc.)
• Stay on top of emerging paid and organic social media trends and consistently integrate new opportunities for the Chargers’ social presence with a focus on revenue generating opportunities
• Act as a resource to the Content Team to provide paid social creative best practices and recommendations with a focus on ways to execute breakthrough creative concepts
• Record and analyze data weekly across all content, social media and O&O
• Support Paid Social and Content Analytics team and other internal stakeholders with a reliance on strategic industry best practices
• Support campaign tagging for reporting needs for organic and paid Datorama dashboards

Qualifications

• At least one year experience in paid social media
• Familiarity with social analytics tracking platforms
• Experience using Meta Ads Manager and other Meta Business tools

• Exceptional copy editing skills and expert attention to detail
• Strong understanding of paid social media targeting, audiences and budgets
• Ability to think quickly and creatively in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable multi-tasking independently
• Strong understanding of current and emerging social media platforms and trends
• Thrive in a team setting where it is required to work and interact with several different departments on a daily basis
• Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
