Social Media Manager Intern

Requirements for Social Media Manager Intern:
1. Social Media Expertise: Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Instagram and YouTube platforms, including content creation, posting strategies, engagement techniques, and community management.
2. Fitness and Health Background: Strong interest and understanding of fitness and health topics, trends, and industry practices. Familiarity with fitness-related content creation will be advantageous.
3. Daily Posting and Content Creation: Ability to consistently create and publish high-quality content on Instagram and YouTube platforms on a daily basis. Must have excellent writing skills and attention to detail.
4. Reels and Video Editing Skills: Proficiency in editing and creating engaging Reels on Instagram, as well as editing YouTube videos. Familiarity with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
5. Trend Awareness: A keen eye for spotting audio and video trends on social media platforms and incorporating them into content creation to enhance engagement and reach.
6. Proximity to Costa Mesa, CA: Must be located near or willing to travel to Costa Mesa, CA, to attend weekly in-person meetings for batch content filming and discuss strategy with the team.
6. Valid Driver's License: Possession of a valid driver's license to commute to various filming locations or run errands related to content creation, such as purchasing props or equipment.
7. Camera Equipment: Access to or ownership of professional-grade camera equipment, including a DSLR or mirrorless camera, tripod, and appropriate lenses to ensure high-quality visuals.
8.Editing Tools: Proficiency in using video editing software and other post-production tools to enhance video and image quality, add graphics, transitions, and subtitles.
9.Strong Work Ethic and Mamba Mentality: Demonstrate a strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to meet tight deadlines. The candidate should have a "Mamba Mentality" inspired by Kobe Bryant, exhibiting dedication, perseverance, and a commitment to excellence.
10.Start-up Mentality: Enthusiasm for working with a start-up company and being a part of its growth and development. Willingness to take on various tasks beyond social media management, such as brainstorming, marketing strategies, and assisting in other areas when required.
11.Potential for Paid/Commission Position: Ability to prove skills and deliver consistent results within the first three months to unlock opportunities for a paid or commission-based position within the company.
