Social Media Manager Intern

We are seeking a motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media Manager Intern in the mental health space. As an intern, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our social media strategy to raise awareness, engage with our target audience, and promote mental health advocacy. You will work closely with our marketing and communications team to create compelling content, manage social media platforms, and analyze data to optimize performance. Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our organization's goals and objectives.
• Stay up to date with emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices in the mental health space.
• Conduct research to identify relevant mental health trends, topics, and conversations on social media platforms.

Content Creation and Management:

• Develop a content calendar and schedule posts to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across social media channels.
• Create engaging and informative content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with social media management tools, analytics platforms, and scheduling applications.
• Proficiency in many social media platforms
• Previous experience in social media management or content creation is a plus.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging and visually appealing content.
• Passionate about mental health advocacy and raising awareness.
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing concepts.
