Job Description
Primary Function of Position:


  • This is an exciting role with significant visibility and an opportunity to further define best practices for global social media capability.
  • As a member of the Brand & Creative team and the larger Corporate Marketing group, you will work cross-functionally to define and deliver meaningful, measurable business impact to internal and external stakeholders worldwide.
  • The successful candidate will bring extensive expertise in paid social media and analytics.
  • Reporting to the Sr Group Manger, Social Media-Digital Marketing you will be responsible for development of paid social media strategy and analytics.
  • The role requires experience in paid social media strategy, analytics, and content development for regulated industries.
Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Lead the strategy and implementation of our paid social media strategy including the buying, tactical planning, tracking, testing, and reporting across LinkedIn, Meta, Twitter, and YouTube
  • Act as a subject matter expert and bridge between teams and agency partners to align paid social media campaigns with strategic goals by building advanced forecasting models and benchmarks
  • Define and standardize our methodology for measuring, forecasting, pacing, targeting, and reporting paid social media effectiveness
  • Drive the development of a paid social media strategy playbook and the continuous education of teams in the advancements in paid social media platforms, best practices, competitive landscape, and innovative strategies
  • Lead the development of paid, earned, and owned social media analytics measurement frameworks that drive our decision making, insights, and optimizations
Skills, Experience, Education, & Training:


  • Thorough knowledge of platform mechanics, campaign structure, algorithmic delivery, custom audiences, placement and inventory
  • Fluency across paid social media platforms including LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube and managing campaign budgets; experience with social media platforms outside the United States a plus
  • Strong data and analytics background and a keen ability to understand customer data and know how to convert insights into purposeful actions to meet business needs using Google Analytics 4, Excel, Python, R, Sprinklr
  • Expertise in crafting playbooks and paid social media strategies to accelerate global growth
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills simplifying complex ideas and concepts and making them clear and actionable
  • Experience working with technical teams implementing and optimizing automation into relevant enterprise data warehouses
  • Travel up to 15% time.
  • Demonstrable experience negotiating and creating process enabling and end-to-end social media workflows in a Scrum environment
  • Minimum 5+ years of paid social media advertising and campaign experience with increasing responsibility in a global brand or agency supporting clients in highly regulated industries such as medical devices, life sciences, or financial services

This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
