THE OPPORTUNITY
Requirements
Our client is an emerging real estate investment platform in the vacation rental investmetn sector. We are looking for a social media marketing manager to test digital marketing strategies; engage, grow our social media accounts; create and manage email marketing drip campaigns according to the brand guidelines.
Qualifications-

• Self-starter who can work independently towards goals & deliverables
• Proven experience leading social and email drip campaigns that achieve growth targets
• Graphic design and video editing skills (Canva) are a plus.
• Native or near-native English skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of social media storytelling and growth hacking techniques
• Preferred knowledge of analytics tracking and reporting for Social Media
• You must have experience as social media manager Ideally, growing a social presence from zero to over 10,000 followers.

What You’ll Be Working On
Responsibilities:
Content Creation-

• Create, schedule and manage a content calendar for all social media accounts.
• Post, engage and grow our social media account followings on IG, Facebook, Linkedin and Twitter.
• Engage and convert followers from competitors/ companies in the same sector.
• Create and manage email marketing drip campaigns and per-written blog posts.

Analytics & Growth-

• Growth experiments: Ideate, develop, and execute innovative growth experiments to increase the acquisition and retention of followers and investors.
• Analyze and report on competitor activities.
• Set, track, analyze and report on key marketing KPIs, driving insights to optimize content and conversions.

Ad Design-

• Design lead generation Ads with clear messaging to fit different channels, eg. IG and google ads.
