Job Description

OBJECTIVE: The Social Media Coordinator will work alongside the marketing team to support organic content creation, plan social media feeds, and manage administrative duties while gaining valuable experience in the beauty industry.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Coordinate administrative duties such as ordering products from the warehouse for influencers, PR mailer packouts, O/S employees, etc.


  • Support organic content creation by shooting and editing content on iPhone for IG Stories, IG Reels, and TikTok.


  • Create and observe trends across Instagram and TikTok


  • Manage content and organize folders for the department.


  • Organize team workshops and conferences, including owning catering and travel bookings.


  • Update PR list when receiving address updates from influencers or Team Starrr.


  • Support the social team by helping to respond to public-facing comments.


  • Pulling relevant UGC and sharing with the team for future regram or paid opportunities.


  • Assist with briefing projects into Creative.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to lift 20+ lbs
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to shoot and edit content on iPhone
  • Passion for the beauty industry
  • Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
