Social Media Creator Intern (Paid)

Los Angeles, CA Remote/Hybrid

~ 10 hours a Week

Key Responsibilities (included but not limited to)

• Create (planning, shooting, editing) video and photo content for company’s social media accounts

• Write copy for social media posts

• Assist with creating the company’s social media strategy

• Responsible for scheduling and posting on company’s social media accounts

• Brainstorm ideas for social media posts and new ways to create engagement

• More responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced collaborative environment. We are all about working together.

• Experience with filming and editing for Instagram and TikTok in and outside of each platform.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, multi-tasking abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail

• Experience working across social media platforms, especially Instagram and Tik Tok. Must know how to schedule posts and post to all social media accounts.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to maintain a positive attitude in all situations.

• Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote and MS Access and Google Suite.

• Areas of study preferred are Media Studies, Communications, Film, Marketing or relevant subject matter.

Special Requirements

• Must be enrolled in college, or on a gap year/semester and provide a letter from your school confirming status

• College credit is not required, but we will provide appropriate documentation if needed

• Internships are paid at a standard competitive hourly rate so proper work authorization is needed to be employed within the United States

• Must be able to intern at least two days per week Monday through Friday

• Interns must be available a minimum of 10 weeks, ideally 12-week commitment
