Key Responsibilities (included but not limited to)

• Create (planning, shooting, editing) video and photo content for company’s social media accounts

• Write copy for social media posts

• Direct company’s social media strategy

• Stay up to date on all company projects, and identify what should be highlighted on company social media platforms

• Responsible for scheduling and posting on company’s social media accounts

• Lead brainstorm sessions for social media posts and new ways to create engagement

• Stay up to date on best practices for social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook)

• Comfortable and experienced with both solo and small crew video captures

• More responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in social media and content creation, and strategy

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced collaborative environment. We are all about working together.

• Experience filming and editing videos for Instagram and TikTok, best practices for high engagement

• Excellent interpersonal skills, multi-tasking abilities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail

• Experience working across social media platforms, especially Instagram and Tik Tok. Must know how to schedule posts, and adapt content for use on multiple social media accounts

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to maintain a positive attitude in all situations

• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, and In-app editing. Experience shooting on smartphone

• Experience in MS Office, Google Suite, and Keynote. Hootsuite experience is a plus
