Job Title: Social Marketing Specialist

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Salary Range: $45,000 - $50,000 per year

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Position Overview :

The Social Marketing Specialist is a tactical role that executes key functions to support our growing digital footprint and D2C online businesses. Responsibilities for this position include content generation, social growth planning, data analysis, influencer marketing program management, agency relationship management and execution for owned brand social channels to support, enhance, and drive sales.

Position Responsibilities :

• Responsible for delivering eCommerce revenue through paid, earned, and owned social initiatives.
• Develop and maintain the monthly social media calendar based on objectives and strategies set forth by the marketing organization.
• Provide ongoing social media reporting and insights that will enable the refinement of social media strategy and tactics as necessary.
• Benchmark and monitor competitor and industry leaders in social media to apply best practices, leapfrog initiatives, and improve the overall social-media strategy.
• Source brand marketing assets for digital channels, optimizing based on digital trends and consumer insights.
• Monitor and report on emerging digital trends, best practices, and new social features and leverage these findings into the development and execution of new ideas and innovations.
• Create original, innovative, high quality visual and written content to ensure optimized presence on social media platforms, which currently include Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and brand teams to develop breakthrough social media programs that support seasonal campaigns, product launches, events and other brand initiatives.
• Ensure all communication meets brand & legal guidelines, standards and tone.
• Write unique brand copy for social and paid media as needed.
• Build relationships with select digital influencers, working with PR to integrate programs for bloggers and digital influencers.

Mandatory Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and PC Operating Systems.

Education:

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field

Experience

Mandatory Requirements

• 1+ years of experience working in social media platforms

Preferred Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in retail marketing
• Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, a plus
• Social Advertising/Paid Media, a plus

An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.

Working Conditions :

• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
• Works in an office environment.
