Autobahn Fort Worth is growing and needs to hire a BMW Internal Service Advisor to guide vehicles through the auto repair/maintenance process, advise Sales Department on service options and costs, and work with Service Department to schedule and prioritize work. Service Advisor, Auto Parts, and/or Service Tech experience is preferred. We appreciate our employees and INVEST in their success.
Hours:
Monday - Friday and every third Saturday, 8:30 am to 6:30 pm – these are the minimum hours – more may be required at times.

Responsibilities – BMW Internal Service Advisor:

• Other duties as assigned
• Work with Service Department to schedule and prioritize work.
• Inspect vehicles and advise Sales Department regarding required work.
• Follow process of vehicle repairs from write up to front line.

Qualifications/Requirements – BMW Internal Service Advisor:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Good work ethic and computer skills
• Valid driver's license
• A positive attitude and professional appearance
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of functions within automotive software Tekion, AllData, etc. a plus; otherwise, must be eager to learn those functions and get up to speed quickly.
• Automotive Service Advisor and/or dealership experience is preferred
• Basic automotive operations knowledge
• Regular, in-person attendance is required
• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
• Energetic, dependable, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
