We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company owners.

- Be and out of box thinker.
- Respectful to others, but not afraid to push to get an answer
- Able to influence without authority and be persuasive
- Investigations - research and make recommendations or find solutions on issues, possibly even things that are unfamiliar.

- At least one job with at least 5+ years at the same company
- Must meet all pre-employment requirements.
- Exceptionally Tech Savvy – must successfully complete computer assessment
- Experience in continued administrative functions (7+ years)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details
- Construction/Maintenance environment a plus, BUT NOT REQUIRED.
- Good track record of employment and job consistency
- Good phone personality
- Ability to think on your feet, assess situations, and act with a sense of urgency.
