- Provide general administrative support including but not limited to: meeting and greeting visitors, photocopying, scanning, sending documentation via FedEx, etc.
- Assist with reviewing and revising Confidentiality Agreements and submitting for approval
- Assist in the coordination of international travel and completion and issuance of Foreign Visa Applications
- Scheduling and coordinating live meetings and video conferences
- Write and distribute e-mails and correspondence. Maintain confidential records and files
- Interact with the Senior VP on a regular basis following up on questions and outstanding items and key deliverables
- Organize, schedule, and start Outlook Meetings for Senior Management
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, relevant experience
- Must have strong organizational skills and be detail-oriented
- Independent thinker with the ability to solve problems
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Extensive software skills, particularly with MS Office
