What will you do


The Executive Assistant represents the office of the President and works closely with the US Self Care Management Board and the North America Leadership Team (NALT) and their support teams to provide critical administrative support.This position requires a full understanding of the functions, practices, procedures, and policies of the organization.


This position has regular contact with senior management within and outside Kevue to provide and gather information often of a sensitive and confidential nature. The Executive Assistant (EA) must possess the ability to anticipate the executive’s needs and collect/prepare information for the executive.The EA is required to think analytically and exercise sound judgment and discretion. Must have proven ability to communicate effectively and articulate with all levels of the organization. Must demonstrate flexibility and the ability to manage and respond to multiple priorities and shifting demands while maintaining the sense of urgency and intensity that the office requires. This role is also responsible for creating purchase orders, processing expense reports, making travel arrangements, maintaining org charts and distribution lists, maintaining communications with vendors, scheduling both onsite and offsite meetings, and follow-up on deliverables.


Under minimal supervision, EA must perform advanced administrative responsibilities as well as coordinate and manage projects – i.e., prepares and maintains documents of highly confidential and sensitive nature; maintains complex and changeable calendar; executes rigorous follow-up; arranges meetings and complex domestic travel arrangements/itineraries. Provides direction/coordination of workflow to clerical support persons or other administrative coordinators. Other duties may be assigned as needed by business.


  • Responsibilities
  • Actively stay informed of company policies, procedures and guidelines relevant to the functioning of the department and provide guidance of such to applicable staff with relevant reminders of upcoming events and projected related deadlines.
  • The individual selected will maintain security and confidentiality of highly sensitive documents and information
  • Independently organize and arrange all logistical details for Board Meetings onsite or offsite, including preparation of meeting agendas, and presentations.
  • Draft formal e-mail communications to internal partners, senior executives, and external parties.
  • Manage complex and changeable calendars, manage and prioritize high volume of meeting requests and scheduling tasks, make complex domestic travel arrangements and manage expense reports.
  • Prepare and handle highly confidential correspondence.
  • Prepare and edit organizational charts, maintain SharePoint/TEAMS information, and upload/update files as appropriate.
  • Provide strong collaboration and teamwork skills while working with the Kenvue Administrative Team as well as other administrative staff to accomplish departmental activities and cohesiveness to the department.
Job Qualifications


What we are looking for
  • M ust possess extensive knowledge of and demonstrate proficiency with personal computers working with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc)
  • Experience with WorkDay and/or Our Source or a similar workforce management system
  • Previous administrative experience supporting a senior business executive
  • Must be self-starter, possess strong organization skills and be detailed orientated
  • An Associate’s degree
  • Strong proficiency in Ariba/eMarketplace or closely related system, Concur or other expense reporting system, CTO or other travel systems
  • Strong calendar and event management experience required; ability to collaborate with a network of admins across different business functions
  • Minimum of High School diploma
