Job Description
Teads is seeking a Senior Vice President, East Coast Sales to join our team in New York. As the SVP of Sales, your primary focus will be to lead the East Coast sales team, reach and exceed sales goals and promote the sale of our platform to key agencies.


Key Responsibilities


  • Drive the entire sales process, target top prospects, identify solutions, and help negotiate and close deals
  • Work closely with Studio, Customer Experience, and Media Strategy teams, to ensure client campaign expectations are communicated internally
  • Join sales executives on strategic meetings with clients
  • Represent Teads in the online marketplace and become an active brand advocate
  • Manage a growing sales team- set goals, monitor performance, provide strategic direction, be a true leader and coach
  • Ensure that goals are communicated effectively and that sales performance is monitored and achieved


Experience / Background


  • Deeply entrenched in the NY and East Coast ad communities with high level relationships across agencies and brands
  • Driven, passionate, and a team player
  • Excellent communication skills: listening, verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Previous experience building and managing a team
  • Experience at a DSP, trading desk, or ad tech company a plus
  • 15+ years of experience selling media, with a strong emphasis on video/mobile
  • Previous technology platform experience a plus
  • Deep understanding of the digital video marketplace is required

The base salary range is $290K-$350K; Salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with this role. Pay is based on various non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, and skills.
