ONE Championship is Asia’s largest global sports media property, and the world’s largest martial arts organization, hosting bouts across all styles of martial arts such as Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Karate, etc. In addition to its digital platforms, ONE Championship broadcasts to over 2.7 billion potential viewers across more than 150 countries around the world with some of the largest global broadcasters, including Amazon Prime Video Sports, Combate, Abema, Astro, Thairath TV, One Sports, Disney+ Hotstar, Mediacorp, beIN Sports, and more.

We are now growing our ONE Championship Production department and are looking for a Feature Producer. The Feature Producer will be responsible for:

Responsibilities:

• Develops innovative programming ideas, writes treatments, and pitches new concepts to internal groups
• Continually raises the bar for innovative producing and creative storytelling
• Member of the team of producers, leading editors on various projects, helping to foster an environment of creative storytelling, innovative thinking and strategic risk-taking
• Interprets research and analytics to provide insight that effectively translates into the production of compelling content
• Facilitates effective communications between departments (marketing, sales, creative, PR, digital, sponsorship, etc.) and with external parties (media partners, corporate sponsors, production vendors, etc.)
• Produces and edits content, including features, promotional spots/trailers, and opens/teases, across all media platforms
• Leads multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, while efficiently managing production budgets and delivery schedules
• Writes voice-over scripts for long-form and short-form content
• Produces branded content that connects ONE with the brands of our corporate sponsors in ways that generate interest and drive traffic

Requirements:

• Experience in field producing and interviewing subjects/athletes.
• Firm grasp of storytelling and scripting during pre-production stage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience producing and editing features, and original long form content.
• High level experience in editing, writing, and storytelling.
• Interest in sports and/or Mixed Martial Arts.
• Experience in outlining, conceptualizing, writing, and driving creative production to the finished product.
• Experience producing voice over talent.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience working and multi-tasking in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
