Senior Recruiter

Our client seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist / Sr. Recruiter to partner and assist their hiring managers in full cycle recruiting processes.

This is a full-time, temporary to hire opportunity where you will earn up to $65.00 per hour, depending on your experience. You will work Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 4:30pm/5:00pm in a hybrid setting.

Some of your responsibilities as Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will include:

• Maintaining records
• Managing multiple open positions simultaneously
• Generating reports
• Implementing improvements to processes, systems and structures
• Full cycle recruiting; Sourcing, screening, presenting, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, drafting offer letters, presenting offers, onboarding of new hires, and offboarding
• Additional duties as assigned
• Formulating job postings
• Leveraging various job posting boards and sites effectively
• Building strong relationships with managers and candidates
• Consulting to understand business needs
• Phone screening every candidate
• Supporting the HR and Communications team as needed

To qualify for this position, you must have five plus (5+) years of Corporate Recruiting experience. In addition, you must have:

• 5+ years’ experience in Corporate Recruiting
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
• Bachelor’s degree
